ReEntry Rehabilitation Services, Inc. professional staff provide case management services which may include assessing needs, providing information to providers, making referrals for community services, assisting with paperwork and bill paying and reviewing insurance reimbursements.  When contracted we may accompany clients to physician and therapy appointments, help manage home health and independent living services, and provide advocacy in educational settings.  Case management activities may also include development of individual recreation, leisure, and community access programs.
